Where we deliver
At the moment we offer free delivery or white glove delivery in mainland UK only. Please contact us if you live outside of these areas and we will be able to quote you for delivery.
Delivery Options
Smaller Items: Delivery is free. We use a range of couriers. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.
Larger Items: Larger items that will need to be palletised are delivered free, however this is a kerbside only delivery. You will need to ensure someone is home to take delivery and check the items. You will need two strong people to carry the items into your home. You will be contacted once the item is ready for dispatch to arrange a convenient delivery day for you. Pallets and packaging will need to be disposed of.
Click & Collect: Items can be collected from our store.
Local White Glove Service: For larger items we offer a free White glove service within 20 miles of our workshop. We will deliver the items into your home, assemble anything which may need assembling and remove waste.
We apologise that at the moment, white glove is only available locally. Please let us know if you would like to arrange your own white glove courier and we will work with them to ensure you have your items when arranged.
Returns
Because everything’s made just for you, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind.
But if something’s wrong — it’s broken, faulty, or not what you ordered — we’ll put it right. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll fix, replace or refund depending on the issue.

Frequently Asked...
1. Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment — we currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
2. Can I choose the colour or finish of my furniture?
Absolutely! Each piece is made to order, and you’ll be able to select your preferred finish from the options on each product page. If you need something more bespoke, just get in touch with us and we'll be able to add it as an option on our website for you.
3. How long will my order take?
Lead times vary depending on the item — you’ll find an estimated timeframe on each product page. Smaller bits usually take 2-4 days and larger items 2 - 6 weeks.
4. How will I know when my order is ready?
We’ll get in touch with you once your item is finished and ready to dispatch. We'll send you some photographs of larger items too. From there, you can let us know the best day for delivery and we'll send you tracking.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Yes — within reason!
Larger items: 14 days before delivery (minus a £30 admin fee).
Smaller items: 48 hours before dispatch

6. Do you accept returns?
Because everything is made to order, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind.
But if something arrives damaged or isn’t right, get in touch within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
7. Is the wood treated or finished?
Yes — we finish each item in your chosen colour using hardwearing waxes, oils, or paints suitable for indoor use. If you need extra protection (like for high-traffic areas or mucky kids), just drop us a message before ordering.
8. Will my item look exactly like the picture?
Not exactly — and that’s part of the charm! Wood is a natural material with its own knots, grain, and quirks. We celebrate the uniqueness in every piece, so yours will be one-of-a-kind.
9. Do you do custom sizes?
Yes! If you need a specific size or something you can’t see on the site, drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
