Click & Collect - Collect from store as soon as your furniture is ready

Local Delivery - Large Items within a 1 hour drive of Np12 is free. We will bring the furniture into your home and carry out any assembly needed.

Smaller Items Shipping - Small items are boxed and shipped to you within the lead time stated. 

Larger Items Shipping - Larger items such as dining tables and beds require special palletised shipping - this will be a roadside pallet delivery so we recommend that two strong people are available to carry the item into the home.

Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, please place separate orders.

Furniture Finishes and Timber

Furniture Finishes

Your choice of nine supreme wax finishes and many paint colours. If you'd like something a little different, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Timber 

We use furniture grade kiln-dried redwood pine which is then prepped, layered and finished by hand in our workshop. All our timber is locally sourced.

Indoor Furniture

All all our furniture is for indoor use only.

When we make our furniture and shelves the wax finish is applied by hand, and very carefully buffed away from the wood. It's then left to cure before being buffed again and quality checked for any transfer before the item is packaged and made ready for dispatch.

However, given that we are working with a natural material, there is a chance that applied force and friction could cause the wax to transfer onto other materials.  

If you do encounter any issues as a result of wax transfer, please contact our customer services team who will do their best to offer advice on a solution.

Returns

Because everything’s made just for you, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind.
But if something’s wrong — it’s broken, faulty, or not what you ordered — we’ll put it right. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll fix, replace or refund depending on the issue.
