All our outlet items are made, ready to go. 

We just need a day or so to carefully prepare larger furniture for palletised delivery. Please select a delivery date from the options. We will be in touch with tracking details. 

Assembly time: 10 minutes

To make moving the dining table easier, the table top and leg framework come as two separate pieces. Assembling the table is simple and only takes a short amount of time with all the fixings and instruction included. Here's the simple version:

1 - Position the legs framework in place where you would like the table to be in the room.

2 - Place the table top on top of the frame, using the timber battens underneath as a guide.

3 - Using the fixings provided fasten the screws into place, securing the top to the frame.

If you choose local area white glove delivery, we will assemble for you.

Your furniture will come foot protectors for the benches and table , please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place.

Your table will come with a free care kit. It will contain furniture polish for general cleaning and a pot of the wax colour you've chosen for longer term care and any mishaps. Instructions for the care kit will be included. 

Click & Collect - Collect from store as soon as your furniture is ready

Local Delivery - Large Items within a 1 hour drive of Np12 is free. We will bring the furniture into your home and carry out any assembly needed.

Smaller Items Shipping - Small items are boxed and shipped to you within the lead time stated. 

Larger Items Shipping - Larger items such as dining tables and beds require special palletised shipping - this will be a roadside pallet delivery so we recommend that two strong people are available to carry the item into the home.

Orders with multiple items will be dispatched according to the longest lead time. To receive your quicker lead time items without having to wait, please place separate orders.

Furniture Finishes and Timber

Furniture Finishes

Your choice of nine supreme wax finishes and many paint colours. If you'd like something a little different, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Timber 

We use furniture grade kiln-dried redwood pine which is then prepped, layered and finished by hand in our workshop. All our timber is locally sourced.

Indoor Furniture

All all our furniture is for indoor use only.

When we make our furniture and shelves the wax finish is applied by hand, and very carefully buffed away from the wood. It's then left to cure before being buffed again and quality checked for any transfer before the item is packaged and made ready for dispatch.

However, given that we are working with a natural material, there is a chance that applied force and friction could cause the wax to transfer onto other materials.  

If you do encounter any issues as a result of wax transfer, please contact our customer services team who will do their best to offer advice on a solution.

Returns

Because everything’s made just for you, we can’t accept returns if you change your mind.
But if something’s wrong — it’s broken, faulty, or not what you ordered — we’ll put it right. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll fix, replace or refund depending on the issue.
